Frequently Asked Questions

Q1: What's the method used for the test?
A: The Colloidal Gold Method is utilized for these rapid tests.
Q2: What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
A: For the strip format, the MOQ is 5000pcs. For the cassette format, the MOQ is 2000pcs.
Q3: What are the main differences when comparing products from different suppliers?
A: You should primarily compare the Accuracy, Sensitivity, Specificity, and the Price of the test kits.
Q4: What is the difference between testing with whole blood vs serum/plasma?
A: Whole blood tests are easier for home use (requires buffer and lancet). Serum/plasma tests require a centrifuge to separate the blood, making them more suitable for lab or hospital use, often providing slightly more accurate results.
Q5: How can I distinguish a high-quality test kit?
A: Judge by 4 factors: 1. Technical data (accuracy/sensitivity); 2. Pouch sealing (must be tight to prevent humidity); 3. Flow speed (reaction time must be sufficient); 4. Background (should be clean without red smears).
Q6: What packaging options are available?
A: We offer bulk packing (1 test per pouch, then 40-100 pouches per bag) for lower costs, or individual box packing (e.g., 100pcs per box or 1 test per box) for retail and pharmacy requirements.
