Instructions for Use

1. Pull off the cap and unscrew the cartridge holder.
2. Insert the small end of medication cartridge into the cartridge holder.
3. Push the screw into the pen.
4. Attach the cartridge holder, screw the pen body onto the cartridge holder until secure.
5. Screw needle onto the cartridge holder.
6. Turn the gear at the end of the pen to adjust the dose.
7. Tap the injection button at the end to expel air.
8. Adjust your specific dose.
9. Insert the needle into the skin in the proper position.
10. Press the injection button slowly until it stops.
11. Hold for 5 seconds, then remove the needle.
12. Confirm the dose window shows "0".
13. Remove the needle and replace the pen cap.
