In power off condition, press MEM button for 3 seconds to enter the setup interface. Use the MEM button to switch between "memory deletion" and "unit display" (mmHg/kPa). Press ON/OFF to store your settings. The default unit is mmHg.
Roll up your sleeve to ensure it doesn't constrict blood flow. Wrap the cuff directly against your skin on your left wrist. Position it 1/2 to 1 inch below your palm. Ensure the cuff is secure but comfortable and does not cover the protruding wrist bone.
Sit on a chair with feet flat on the floor. Place your left elbow on the table with palm up. Relax and keep the cuff parallel with your heart level. Do not talk or move during measurement.
Press the ON/OFF button to start. The monitor will inflate, detect your blood pressure and pulse, and display the results automatically.
